The Ford Professorship CME Conference is a half-day educational program aimed at surgeons, researchers and other health care professionals in the field of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. It is named in honor of Dr. Charles “Chuck” Ford, universally recognized as a beloved surgeon, educator and visionary in the Department of Surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. This educational event is part of a two-day program that that pays tribute to Dr. Ford’s extraordinary career and supports the Charles N. Ford Endowed Professorship in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.
