Symposium Fee

The symposium fees are $200 for physicians and $125 for others. This fee includes the cost of tuition, materials, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and a nonrefundable registration fee of $50. If you cancel your registration up to 72 hours prior to the conference, you will be refunded the entire conference fee except the $50 nonrefundable portion of the fee. No refunds will be made after that time.


A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference site, Madison Marriott West. Please call or visit the hotel online to arrange your accommodation. Please reference group code GI & Hepatology when making your reservation to receive the special room rate of $109 (single or double), plus tax. The rooms will be released to the general public on August 17.

Symposium Attire

Appropriate symposium attire is business casual. To ensure your comfort in the symposium room, please bring a sweater or jacket to accommodate temperature variations.
