Learning Objectives

By completion of this course participants will:

  • Identify patient populations who may benefit from high-resolution manometry (HRM) in clinical practice.
  • List steps involved in catheter passage, swallowing protocol and on-line documentation during HRM data collection.
  • Demonstrate manual analysis of HRM plots targeting velopharyngeal, tongue base region and UES measures.
