Research Fundraising

Monetary gifts play a crucial role in funding research in the Department of Surgery. Grateful patients, family members and friends have donated money on behalf of the outstanding care they have received at the University of Wisconsin Hospital. Many patients fund research in their disease or surgical treatment. Every gift, no matter the size, is valued and used for the research designated by the donor.
