Public Hearing Announcement - 01/07/04
On Wednesday, January 7th, starting at 9:00, there will
be an Assembly
PUBLIC HEARING for the Committee on Highway Safety (Following Executive
Session), 400 Northeast, State Capitol on LRB-1094/4
Relating to: child
safety restraint systems, seating positions, and safety belt use
requirements in motor vehicles, creating a Child Safety Restraint System
Program, granting rule-making authority, making an appropriation and
providing a penalty. Testimony will be limited to invited speakers.
