Carla Pugh, MD, PhD has been selected to give a TEDMED talk at a Kennedy Center event on April 8-10, 2014. A nonprofit with global recognition, TED is devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out in 1984 as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment and Design. Since then its scope has become ever broader. TED conferences bring together the world’s most fascinating thinkers and doers, whose 20-minute-or-less talks are broadcast around the world. Dr. Pugh will be supported by TED to prepare her presentation on “sensor technology and the future of performance measurement.” We look forward to hearing more about this significant honor.
