Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Pete Newcomer posted a story on U-Connect recently regarding the Wisconsin Enhanced Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (WIePDMP). The full story can be found here. Effective April 1, 2017, Wisconsin Law will require all prescribers of all controlled substances (Category II-V) to review patient information from the ePDMP before issuing a prescription written for more than a three day supply for any non-hospice patient.
