Madison, Wisconsin – A UW Carbone Cancer Center research team looking for an individualized way to treat women with breast cancer has been awarded nearly $500,000 to continue their research.

The Wisconsin Partnership Program has awarded Dr. Lee Wilke, Dr. Mark Burkard and Dr. David Beebe the grant over three years to develop a device to individualize drug therapy for breast cancer patients.
