John Siebert, MD, Professor in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, is featured in a BBC News article that discusses how a UK family is fighting to save the life of their daughter who has Parry-Romberg Syndrome. According to the article, in the UK, the NHS only offers cosmetic surgery to individuals once they turn 16. Her family thinks that will be too late so they are in the process of raising money in hopes of sending her to the U.S.
