Breast Reconstruction Awareness Day, or BRA Day USA, is an initiative designed to promote education, awareness and access regarding post-mastectomy breast reconstruction. Joining the BRA Day USA movement demonstrates an interest in and desire to educate others about breast reconstruction and women’s health.

Join us for all or part of the program, and bring a friend or family member to connect, learn, share, and have FUN! Our physicians and staff will be onsite to answer your questions and facilitate a discussion about your options for breast reconstruction.

Yoga will begin at 9:00 a.m. We will enjoy a light 60 minute flow – comfortable for all levels of experience – with 15 minutes before and after for warm-up/cool down and breathing. Our practice will also be accompanied by live acoustic guitar!

Special pink yoga mats (limit one per guest and available to the first 100 attendees) and light refreshments provided. We hope you can join us!
