The interviews will be held in Room G5/320. Once you arrive at the University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics you will take the H elevators to the 3rd floor. In front of you will be the Department of Surgery reception desk. Please either follow the signs for Plastic Surgery Interviews or ask for directions from here.

Routes to UW Hospital and Clinics
From the Dane County Regional Airport: Leave the airport via International Lane and turn left onto Packers Avenue, which turns into Pennsylvania Avenue. Pennsylvania feeds into East Johnson Street. East Johnson becomes East Gorham Street. After 1-1/2 miles, Gorham becomes University Avenue. Stay in the right lane and in one mile, University becomes Campus Drive; continue onto Campus Drive. Highland Avenue is the first exit off Campus Drive. Turn right onto Highland Avenue and continue past the VA Hospital. University Hospital and the parking ramp are ahead on your left.
Janesville/Rockford/Chicago: Enter Madison via Interstate 90. Exit Highway 12/18 West to Madison (No. 142). Stay on 12/18 West until the "Dodgeville/Verona" exit (No. 258). Stay to the right as you exit and turn right on Midvale Blvd. After 2-1/2 miles, Midvale ends at University Avenue.***Turn right into University Avenue. After you pass through the next traffic light and before you approach the next light, move into the right hand lane. Continue through this traffic light staying right to continue on University Avenue. At the next traffic light turn left onto Highland Avenue. Continue under the overpass and through the next two traffic lights and past the VA Hospital on your left. University Hospital will appear on your left. Turn left into the Patient/Visitor entrance and park in the ramp.
Milwaukee/Waukesha/Oconomowoc: Approach Madison on Interstate 94. Take Interstate 90 East exit marked "Janesville". Proceed to exit marked "Highway 12/18 - Madison" (No. 142). Stay on 12/18 West until the "Dodgeville/Verona" exit (No. 258). Stay to the right as you exit and turn right onto Midvale Blvd. After 2-1/2 miles, Midvale ends at University Avenue.***Turn right into University Avenue. After you pass through the next traffic light and before you approach the next light, move into the right hand lane. Continue through this traffic light staying right to continue on University Avenue. At the next traffic light turn left onto Highland Avenue. Continue under the overpass and through the next two traffic lights and past the VA Hospital on your left. University Hospital will appear on your left. Turn left into the Patient/Visitor entrance and park in the ramp.
From Minneapolis/St. Paul area (approx 4.5 hours): Take I-90/94 South towards Madison. At Madison, continue on I90 South and exit at Hwy 12/18 West. Follow 12/18 West to the Park Street exit. Follow Park Street to University Avenue. Turn left onto University Avenue and continue on University Avenue which will branch off onto Campus Drive. Follow Campus Drive and turn right onto Highland Avenue. Continue under the overpass and through the next two traffic lights and past the VA Hospital on your left. University Hospital will appear on your left. Turn left into the Patient/Visitor entrance and park in the ramp.
Dubuque/Platteville/Mineral Point: Enter Madison via Highway 18/151. Continue under the West Beltline overpass to Midvale Blvd. After 2-1/2 miles, Midvale ends at University Avenue.***Turn right onto University Avenue. After you pass through the next traffic light and before you approach the next light, move into the right hand lane. Continue through this traffic light staying right to continue on University Avenue. At the next traffic light turn left onto Highland Avenue. Continue under the overpass and through the next two traffic lights and past the VA Hospital on your left. University Hospital will appear on your left. Turn left into the Patient/Visitor entrance and park in the ramp.
Fond du Lac/Waupun/Beaver Dam: As you approach Madison on Highway 151, take Interstate 90 East exit marked "Janesville". Proceed to the second exit (No. 142) Highways 12/18 West to Madison. Stay on 12/18 West until the "Dodgeville/Verona" exit (No. 258). Stay to the right as you exit and turn right onto Midvale Blvd. After 2-1/2 miles, Midvale ends at University Avenue.***Turn right onto University Avenue. After you pass through the next traffic light and before you approach the next light, move into the right hand lane. Continue through this traffic light staying right to continue on University Avenue. At the next traffic light turn left onto Highland Avenue. Continue under the overpass and through the next two traffic lights and past the VA Hospital on your left. University Hospital will appear on your left. Turn left into the Patient/Visitor entrance and park in the ramp.
Eau Claire/La Cross/Wisconsin Dells: Enter Madison via Interstate 90/94 and exit Highways 12/18 (No. 142) to Madison. Stay on 12/18 West until the "Dodgeville/Verona" exit (No. 258), Stay to the right as you exit and turn right onto Midvale Blvd. After 2-1/2 miles, Midvale ends at University Avenue.** *Turn right onto University Avenue. After you pass through the next traffic light and before you approach the next light, move into the right hand lane. Continue through this traffic light staying right to continue on University Avenue. At the next traffic light turn left onto Highland Avenue. Continue under the overpass and through the next two traffic lights and past the VA Hospital on your left. University Hospital will appear on your left. Turn left into the Patient/Visitor entrance and park in the ramp.
Green Bay/Appleton/Oshkosh: Take Highway 41 South to Highway 151. As you approach Madison on Highway 151, take Interstate 90 East exit marked "Janesville". Proceed to the second exit (No. 142) Highways 12/18 West to Madison. Stay on 12/18 West until the "Dodgeville/Verona" exit (No. 258). Stay to the right as you exit and turn right onto Midvale Blvd. After 2-1/2 miles, Midvale ends at University Avenue.***Turn right onto University Avenue. After you pass through the next traffic light and before you approach the next light, move into the right hand lane. Continue through this traffic light staying right to continue on University Avenue. At the next traffic light turn left onto Highland Avenue. Continue under the overpass and through the next two traffic lights and past the VA Hospital on your left. University Hospital will appear on your left. Turn left into the Patient/Visitor entrance and park in the ramp.
Wausau/Stevens Point: Take Highway 51 South to Highway 78 to Interstate 90/94. Enter Madison via Interstate 90/94 and exit Highways 12/18 (No. 142) to Madison. Stay on 12/18 West until the "Dodgeville/Verona" exit (No. 258). Stay to the right as you exit and turn right onto Midvale Blvd. After 2-1/2 miles, Midvale ends at University Avenue. Turn right onto University Avenue. After you pass through the next traffic light and before you approach the next light move into the right hand lane. Continue through this traffic light staying right to continue on University Avenue. At the next traffic light turn left onto Highland Avenue. Continue under the overpass and through the next two traffic lights and past the VA Hospital on your left. University Hospital will appear on your left. Turn left into the Patient/Visitor entrance and park in the ramp.
