Emerald received a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison in Vocal Performance and currently is a Master’s student in Speech-Language Pathology here at Madison. She attended the Summer Vocology Institute (SVI) the summer of 2008 and has been working in the lab since September 2008. She has gained a wide range of knowledge in the wet lab as well as behavioral training of rat’s and their vocalizations. When not seen studying or in the lab, Emerald enjoys performing on stage.
