Clinical Specialties

Dr. Orr practices in the trauma and burn programs and in the acute care surgery program.

Dr. Orr provides a wide range of services including Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy (Gallbladder Removal), Excision of Lipoma, Laparoscopic Groin Hernia Repair, Muscle Biopsy, Open Groin Hernia Repair, Sebaceous Cyst Removal, Subcutaneous Tumor Removal, Trauma Surgery, and Ventral / Abdominal Hernia Repair.

Research Interests

Dr. Orr has conducted research on necrotizing fasciitis and hyperbaric oxygen therapy as well as the costs and complications associated with vascular access devices.
