Research Interests

Interested in pathophysiologic process of restenosis and in role of stem cell locating in vessels after being a vascular surgeon for couple of years. Current study focuses on the action of adventitial niche in intimal hyperplasia and explores the function of progenitor cells residing in arterial wall. Additionally, researching and developing innovative drug delivery system against neointima by nanoparticles and macromolecular polymer.
