Description	The investigators hypothesize that a calcineurin inhibitor-free, steroid-free, co-stimulatory blockade-based immunosuppressive regimen, in combination with a GLP-1 agonist, will reduce the islet mass required to achieve and sustain insulin independence following simultaneous islet-kidney transplantation.
