Surgery FACSCalibur Calendar

The Department of Surgery owns and maintains a two-laser, five-color FACSCalibur flow cytometer that may be used by properly trained members of other labs in the department.

Proper training involves having attended the Introduction to Flow Cytometry classes given by the CCC Flow Cytometry facility (see link for dates), as well as the New User hands-on training (see link). Once these have been confirmed, contact Jolien Connor for your initial appointment (connorj@surgery.wisc.edu, or 262-3153).

Subsequent usage may be requested using our Web form (Request an Appointment). Users will be responsible for properly cleaning the cytometer and will be required to replace any parts they might damage during their usage.
