A team of scientists representing the Odorico lab attends the International Society of Stem Cell Research meeting in San Francisco. Dr. Nathan Treff (left) presented research on ngn3 gene regulation of Notch signaling and other target genes. Dr. Joe Magliocca (second from left), transplant fellow, presented work on methods to reduce tumorigenicity of ES cell derivatives. Dr. Brenda Kahan (second from right) presented her original research on magnetic bead sorting endoderm precursors from ES cell cultures and initial studies to characterize their developmental potential.
