Clinical Specialties

Bunmi Kumapayi, RN, MS, APNP, BC-NP, is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. She focuses her practice on both male and female urology for acute and chronic urologic conditions that include management of patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy, kidney stones, overactive bladder symptoms, urinary tract infections, urinary incontinence, and manages an erectile dysfunction clinic. She also sees patients for comprehensive preoperative history and physicals and postoperative follow-ups.

Research Interests

Bunmi Kumapayi participated as a principal investigator in a Midwest Clinical Education Consultant Regional Project, in a study titled “Determining the Relationship between Erectile Dysfunction and Other Medical Co-Morbidities, 2004; sponsored by Pfizer, Inc.
