Archive: Emily Durkin wins Rosenkrantz Award at AAP

Emily Durkin, MD, a fourth-year resident in the Division of General Surgery was the recipient of the Rosenkrantz Award at the American Academy of Pediatrics meeting in Washington, D.C. last weekend. The Rosenkrantz Award is awarded for the best resident presentation and/or paper.

Dr. Durkin won for a project she collaborated on with Drs. Sippel, Chen, Lund, and Nichol titled “What is the optimal treatment for children with primary hyperparathyroidism?” Congratulations Dr. Durkin!
