Archive: Series on organ donation, transplantation runs in newspapers across the state

A series of articles on organ donation and transplantation by Wisconsin State Journal health and medicine reporter David Wahlberg ran in several newspapers across the state. UW Department of Surgery transplant surgeons Dixon Kaufman, MD, PhD, and Anthony D’Alessandro, MD, are quoted in the stories. The series is supported by a fellowship from the Association of Health Care Journalists and The Commonwealth Fund.
