Patient Comments from Hospital Survey
Diane Heatley, MD (Otolaryngology)
Dr. Heatley is an amazing doctor with wonderful bedside manner. We appreciate her care and concern. For as educated and intelligent as Dr. Heatley is, she was extraordinarily personable and spoke to us in a way that we understood.
Jennifer Steiman, MD (General Surgery)
I don’t know what else Dr. Steiman might have done to improve my visit because she went way beyond my expectations for care. When we first met for a consultation I was very impressed with her ability to provide information and clear explanations. I believe she is a highly skilled surgeon. She is extremely reliable about making follow-up contact if she said she would do that. I have never had this level of access to a doctor. I am extremely thankful to be her patient. Jennifer Steiman is obviously an extremely compassionate, skilled and dedicated professional.
Luann Shay, PA-C (Plastics)
I was treated with the utmost care and respect by everyone I came in contact with. I would highly recommend Luann and her co-workers to everyone!
