Course redesigned for diverse general surgery practice!

May 19-20, 2017

The University of Wisconsin Department of Surgery will host the 8th Annual Current Topics in General Surgery CME course Friday, May 19 and Saturday, May 20, 2017. The course will be held at the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery (WID) in Madison, Wisconsin.

Current Topics in General Surgery is the premier educational event in the region designed to educate general surgeons. This course will provide a comprehensive review and update of general surgery core competencies as outlined by the American Board of Surgery for re-certification, as well as instruction on new innovations in technology and medical care focused on improved outcomes for patients.
