Dr Wieland completed his medical training at Harvard Medical School and residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck surgery at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Wieland is an Assistant Professor of Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Wisconsin where he holds additional roles of Chief of Otolaryngology at the Middleton VAMC and Director of the Multidisciplinary Facial Nerve and Facial Reanimation Clinic.

Dr Mons completed his medical training at the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and his residency in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Mons is a head and neck surgeon at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is the founder and director of the microvascular program within the CTCA.
Jonathan Cohen, MD
Dr. Cohen completed his medical training at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina, and his residency in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Cohen is a busy head and neck microvascular surgeon at the Sanford Heath Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
