Fiona Ljumani, BS

Associate Research Specialist

Fiona Ljumani graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in May 2019 with Bachelors of Science degrees in Microbiology and Spanish, focusing on a premedical track. During her undergraduate career she worked under Dr. Bo Liu focusing on restenosis in Vascular Surgery research.  Fiona is currently an Associate Research Specialist working under Dr. Gretchen Schwarze and Dr. Angela Ingraham. Her research focus in WiSOR will include working on Dr. Schwarze’s Best Case/Worst Case nephrology research as well as a project funded by the Greenwall Project. She will also work on Dr. Ingraham’s Interhospital Emergency General Surgery Transfer study. Outside of work, Fiona enjoys spending time by the water with her family and friends, doing yoga, and growing as a leader.
