Matthew Hoffman, MD, PhD
Dr. Hoffman is a lifelong Badger and three-time graduate of the University of Wisconsin. While in undergrad, he developed a love of the larynx and voice research. He completed his PhD in communication sciences and disorders under the mentorship of faculty from the Division of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. His dissertation focused on the development of new treatments for glottic insufficiency, which led to two patents. He and his wife enjoy going to Badger or Madison Mallards games, watching plays and musicals at the Overture Center, and trying the many restaurants and breweries that Madison offers.
