Anna Harris, MD

General Surgery Resident

Dr. Harris is originally from the Pacific Northwest. She is Wallowa-Band Nez Perce and an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation in Oregon. She was drawn to surgery for its blend of technical precision, hands-on problem-solving, and the deep sense of purpose it brings—especially in serving rural and underserved communities. Outside of medicine, Anna enjoys hunting and fishing with her husband, creating traditional beadwork and leatherwork, and spending time with her two nephews and her border collie, Luke. She finds balance through creativity, movement, and staying grounded in her cultural roots.
