Applications are accepted through the Surgical Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery Fellowship Application Service (SAFAS). Our program is seeking applicants who are interested in two year Surgical Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery programs only.
Include the following in your application:
- A curriculum vitae
- A personal statement
- Three letters of recommendation with at least one from a clinical supervisor/mentor
- ABS In-Training examination scores
