Clinical Specialties
Dr. Riggle is certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and board-eligible in Pediatric Surgery. He specializes in all areas of Pediatric General and Thoracic surgery with very broad clinical interests including congenital malformations of the lungs, diaphragm and gastrointestinal system, neonatal surgical diseases, chest wall deformities, and minimally invasive surgery. He primarily works and lives in La Crosse WI, and will serve and the Medical Director of Children’s Surgery in the Gundersen Health System. He will continue to strengthen the collaboration between Gundersen and UW to provide full time pediatric surgical service close to home for children and families in the western Wisconsin region. Dr. Riggle is also a member of the inpatient pediatric general surgery team at American Family Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Riggle provides a wide range of services including Congenital Malformations, Neonatal Surgery, Chest Wall Deformities.
