Kishan Thadikonda, MD

Plastic Surgery Resident

Kishan’s research focus in residency is in qualitative outcomes in surgery. He grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and went to the University of Maryland for his undergraduate education. Kishan went onto the University of Pittsburgh for medical school where he met his wife, Alyssa. Kishan and Alyssa couples matched into plastic surgery and family medicine, respectively, at UW-Madison. Outside of the hospital, Kishan enjoys trying new recipes and playing with his dog, Max. After residency, Kishan will pursue a fellowship in microsurgery and eventually a career in academic plastic surgery.
