Miranda Cullins, PhD

Postdoctoral Trainee

Miranda Cullins is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Voice Research Training Program. Dr. Cullins’ research interest is understanding how neuromuscular systems generate functional behavior, including nerve and muscle activation patterns, biomechanics, and sensorimotor integration. Her current research in the Connor Lab is focused on how the intrinsic lingual muscles are affected by age and exercise. Dr. Cullins received her BS in Biomedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and her PhD in Biology from Case Western Reserve University.
