To submit your abstract, please click the link (coming soon) and create an account with your @wisc.edu email by selecting “Sign up to Oxford Abstracts.” NOTE – If you signed up for Oxford Abstracts for the 2026 Research Summit, please log in with the same credentials. Once logged in, complete and submit the abstract submission form.

What should be submitted?
An abstract containing a concise summary of original basic science, translational, clinical, education, or health services research.
All submitted abstracts will be judged by abstract reviewers. Reviewers’ scores will determine which abstracts are selected for an oral presentation and a poster board presentation. We will contact you via email in mid-December 2026 to let you know if your abstract has been selected for an oral presentation.
If you are selected for and accept an oral presentation, you will not need to assemble a poster for your abstract.
Please note your abstract submission will be included in the Program Book, unless you request that it not be included when completing your submission form.
All abstracts MUST follow the specifications below. Abstracts submitted without following this formatting are subject to not be included in the program book.
Assigned judges will vote on the best submissions during the Research Summit in a number of categories. The winners will receive a monetary award.
Abstract Specifications
- All abstracts will need to be submitted through the Oxford Abstracts webpage here.
- Create a login using your wisc.edu email by clicking “Sign up to Oxford Abstracts.” Please retain your login credentials. NOTE – If you signed up for Oxford Abstracts for the 2026 Research Summit, log in with the same credentials.
- Once logged in, complete and submit the abstract submission form.
- The abstract structure should include: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion
- 400 words max + one optional table or figure
