
Dr. David Foley, Chair of the Division of Transplantation, was recently named the President of the American Society of Transplantation (AST) for the 2025-26 term. He is transitioning to this role after spending the past year as President-Elect.
Dr. Foley is a long-time member and active leader within the AST. He brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to advancing the field of transplantation. As president, Dr. Foley will be a part of the Board of Directors, which is responsible for setting the AST’s vision and purpose, establishing its expectations through policies and setting the strategic plan.
