APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Thank you for your interest in the UW Division of Plastic Surgery. To be considered for the Plastic Surgery residency program, please make sure the following materials reach our offices by September 25, 2024 through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS):
- Completed application form
- Three letters of recommendation
- Your personal statement
- Your medical school transcript
- MSPE
- USMLE Scores
For information regarding application eligibility and visas, please refer to UW Health’s Graduate Medical Education Eligibility and Licensing.
All application files will be reviewed by our selection committee. Following ACEPS guidelines, interview invitations will be sent out on November 7, 2025.

We will be completing all interviews in person for the 2026 Match. Our interview dates are as follows:
- Friday, January 9, 2026
- Saturday, January 10, 2026
