Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine.

Jill Migon, DPM, completed her undergraduate degree in microbiology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. From there, she attended podiatry school at the Ohio Podiatric Medical School in Cleveland and graduated in 2003. Dr. Migon completed her podiatric medical and surgery residency training in Denver at the Highlands Institute-Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center with an emphasis on reconstructive surgery and limb salvage.

A Wisconsin native, Elizabeth Plovanich, DPM, grew up in Kenosha and earned her undergraduate degree in women’s studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Following graduation, she gained valuable clinical experience working with a local dermatologist in Madison before pursuing her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago. Dr. Plovanich completed her three-year residency training at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse with a focus on reconstructive foot surgery. She returned to Madison in 2011 and joined a local private practice, where she has built a reputation for providing exceptional patient care. She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and was recognized as a Best of Madison recipient in 2018.

Originally from Dubuque, Iowa, Audra Smith, DPM, earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa before completing her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago. She then completed her residency training at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, where she developed expertise in wound care and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.  Dr. Smith relocated to Madison in 2012 and joined University Podiatry Associates.
